Mark Desouza

Mark has extensive experience in immigration law, helping both individuals and businesses find solutions to their immigration problems. His experience spans the gamut from non-immigrant visas, such as H-1B specialty worker and F-1 student visas, to family-sponsored petitions. In his years of practice he has developed a reputation as a keen legal mind and an aggressive advocate of his clients. Prior to joining Do & Desouza, Mark worked at a large international law firm where he focused on litigation.

Mark is committed to public service and has taken several pro bono cases to help low-income clients. He has also volunteered his time with the Orange County Public Law Center to help those in need who cannot afford legal help.

Mark attended the University of California, Irvine, where he received his B.A. with honors. He then pursued his law degree at the Northwestern University School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Northwestern University Law Review. While in law school, Mark worked in an International Human Rights Legal Clinic.

Ms. Do

Over the years, Ms. Do has repeatedly delivered favorable results for her clients in a wide variety of matters. She has extensive knowledge related to foreign investors, entrepreneurs, and students, and the various immigration options available to them. Prior to joining Do & Desouza, Ms. Do worked for a prestigious firm where she defended insurance companies and employers. She has extensive experience in negotiating deals and litigating disputes.

 

Ms. Do attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she received a B.A. with honors in Philosophy with an emphasis on ethics and public policy. She then attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor.

Ms. Do is proficient in Vietnamese.
